The National UFO Reporting Center lists thousands of “close encounters” submitted by users. According to its database, the United States has far and away the most reported UFO sightings. In fact, California alone has reported more than China, England, India, and Brazil combined.

A friend told me once that apparitions of white wolf- or German Shepherd-like dogs have been associated with sightings of the beings commonly referred to as aliens. I don’t know what my friend’s source was for this information, and he could not remember where he heard or read it. I seem to remember, very vaguely, an X-Files episode that mentions this association. Can anyone give me more information on this?
